I recently heard about your ministry through a good Christian friend.  She was caring enough to provide me with your very informative tract, which display's your free offers.  I have enclosed the order form from the tract completely filled out to request all that you're offering.  I would like to thank you with all my heart for being so instrumental in my spiritual awakening, and journey.  At present I'm incarcerated and I'm without funds, and I don't have a Bible that has both the Old and the New Testament together.  At this time I would humbly like to request a Bible from you that has both the Old and New Testament.  I would sincerely appreciate your assistance, and I also humbly request that you'll place me on your mailing list!  Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon.  Thanks for everything! Respectfully, Illinois Prison

Dear Teacher,

I'm not sure who graded my last lesson, but whichever HMLM staff member did they really touched my heart with the short letter they wrote to me!  This is what they wrote: "You cannot atone for your past sins; you cannot change your heart and make yourself holy, but God promises to do all this for you through Christ.  You must confess your sins and give yourself to God.  Just as surely as you do this God will fulfill His word to you.  Love in Christ, the Staff of HMLM."  That letter really touched me!  It actually almost scared me, but in a good way!  It's almost like that was a message sent just for me!  I've done a lot of wrong in my life, I've committed a lot of sins I can't even try to remember all of them to confess them.  But at this point in my life I'm really doing a lot better spiritually, mentally, and physically.  I have changed a lot and I want to change more.  I want to do right.  Thanks to all of you, and may God bless you all! Love, Louisiana Prison

Dear HMLM Staff,

Joy and peace to you in Christ.  Thank you so much for the beautiful certificate!  I had not expected anything quite like it!  Those Bible lessons were very enlightening, as well as spiritually uplifting.  I thank God for each one.  What a blessing they were!  I am eagerly looking forward to each of the advanced lessons.  Again, thank you for the past lessons, for the coming lessons, and for all the books you have sent me the past couple of years.  They, too, are a real blessing.  I thank God for each of you at His Marvelous Light, and I pray for you daily.  May the presence of Christ be with you always.  Yours in Christ's precious name, Texas Prison

Dear His Marvelous Light Ministries,

I have found this cut-out free book pamphlet, so I'm sending it in for my free "Great Controversy" book, and also to enroll in your free Bible Correspondence Course.  I will be looking forward to hearing from you in the near future.  Thank you so much!  Your brother in Christ, Kansas Prison

To Whom it May Concern,

I've been told of your Bible studies and I'm interested in doing them, so if you would, please send me the courses to get started on them.  Thanks!  Indiana Prison

I am an inmate in a Kansas prison and truly want to know the Lord.  Please send me your Bible study, and a Bible that I can use.  I heard about your ministry through another Christian brother.  I would also like to receive your newsletter - "The Present Truth".  May I also have a copy of "The Great Controversy", "Mark of the Beast", "Bible Readings for the Home", and "The Power of Prayer"?  Please keep me in your prayers.  I really need all the help that I can get.  Satan attacks me every day that I am here.  I am having a bad time, and need help.  I thank you in Jesus' name for anything that you are able to send me.  Kansas Prison

My husband is currently incarcerated for nine months and has given his life to the Lord.  He would greatly appreciate it if he could do your Bible studies through the mail.  His info is below.  Thank you for your help, and God bless you! Wife of a Kansas Prisoner

I am writing to you in request of your Bible study.  I, too, am a Christian.  I was first introduced to your Bible study program by a fellow Christian friend.  I would appreciate it very much if your would please send me some of your Bible study literature.  Thank you! California Prison

To Whom it May Concern,

Very soon, I will be released from prison, but I would love to continue pursuing my studies.  You may send me one more lesson before my release, but after my next study please send all of my studies to my home at the address below.  Thank you!  Please don't forget me when sending out the studies, and if I may ask, will you all get together and pray that all goes well for me upon my release and please ask the Lord to help me on my parole? Thanks!  Also, please remember that we're all part of the body of Christ, and I, too, am a part of this body.  I need your prayers.  Because we're here [in prison] doesn't mean we're all bad.  God bless you all!
