Dear HMLM,

I would like to enroll in your free Bible Study Course.  Thank you very much! Nebraska Prison

His Marvelous Light,

I'm currently locked up, but soon to be released - praise God! I have such a strong fellowship here in prison - Bible studies, prayer group, daily devotions, etc. I know I need to stay in studies and the Word, so I'm asking for your help.  Could you please send a Bible Correspondence course to my house?  Thank you so much.  Could you please pray for my family?  Thanks! California Prison

Dear Sir,

I would like to get any free Bible Study so I can get a closer walk with Jesus Christ, and so I can spread the Word for God.  I am in prison.  Your brother in Jesus Christ, thank you for your help.  Oregon Prison

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Praise the Lord!! Today my brother and I were fellowshipping with a brother we met and he shared with us a beautiful Bible he had received from you for completing a course you have.  The Bible was a pocket-sized, leather covered, King James Version, Old and New Testament!  We are both involved right now in a evangelism class and would love it to be involved in your program.  The Bible would be a awesome witnessing Bible! Can you please enroll us in your course?  Praise God and God bless you and your ministry.  Florida Prison

Dear Marvelous Light,

Praise the Lord!  Thank you so much for the great job you are doing in getting the word out about God.  I am in a federal prison in Illinois, and your newsletter is something I look forward to each month.  Enclosed is a money order for the following tract and book:  "Why I am a Vegetarian" and "International Meat Crisis".  Thank you! Illinois Prison

Dear His Marvelous Light Ministries,

Hello.  I am incarcerated.  I have heard so many good things about your organization.  Yes, I am a Christian.  I ask with all due respect, can you please send me some literature, books, pamphlets, etc., based on Christianity?  I am in solitary confinement for a long, long time.  We are allowed soft cover books, no hard cover.  This means a great deal to me!  I am in much, much need!  Please respond as soon as possible.  Thank you so much for your time and consideration.  Respectfully and kindly yours, Pennsylvania Prison

To His Marvelous Light,

A friend of mine told me about your Bible study course and gave me your address.  Is it possible I can start getting your Bible study course sent to me?  Thank you, and God bless! Delaware Prison

Dear HMLM,

I read a blue pamphlet you put out and am interested in what you have to offer.  Will you please put me on your mailing list?  I am a fellow follower of Jesus and want to grow.  Thank you! Florida Prison

Dear HMLM,

Thank you for the recent books by Sister E.G. White.  I will share the wonderful message of Jesus and His love with those I come in contact with.  One guy I gave "Prophets and Kings" to read, when I had told him about the author only having attended 3 years of public education, he could not believe it!  Its language speaks to the heart!  He has recently been released and is back with his family.  Please remember him in your prayers.  I am in need of your prayers also.  Don't give up on me - I will get back to the lessons soon.  Please use the enclosed donation for world missions or wherever most needed!  Thanks again! Louisiana Prison

Dear Instructor,

This lesson couldn't have come at a more appropriate time!  Just last night our room was discussing "certain" sins - looking upon a woman, etc., things that deprived by being an inmate seem to be natural, given the circumstances and environment.  This lesson really gave me the direction I needed in remembering what my part is - not only in subjecting myself to the will of God, but in ministering these pivotal truths to others who seek to be made a new creation by just accepting God's Word, crucifying the flesh, putting off the corruptible, and putting on the incorruptible.  Thanks for your prayers.  God bless you all there in the mountains! Prayers from the prairie! Oklahoma Prison
